Conduct new hire trainings, CLIA competencies (traveling will be involved) and Blood Bank Technical Trainings. RequirementsMedical Laboratory Scientist II Bachelor's degree in medical Lab Science required -(other degrees applicable if have ASCP MLS/BB certification). ASCP MLS /BB certification required. Two years of blood bank experience required. Salary $35.89-$37.00 per hour Medical Lab Scientist III Bachelor's degree in medical Lab Science required -(other degrees applicable if have ASCP MLS/BB certification). ASCP MLS /BB certification required. SBB Preferred. Three years of blood bank experience required. Two years' experience in lead or charge capacity required. One year of Reference Lab experience preferred. Salary $41.27-$42.55 per hour Medical Lab Scientist IV Bachelor's degree in medical Lab Science required -(other degrees applicable if have ASCP MLS/BB certification). SBB Certification Required. Five years clinical laboratory testing experience required. One-year IRL experience preferred. Salary $48.93 per hour
