What You'll Do Manage and execute a timely, accurate, and wellcontrolled close process. Enhance accounting workflows, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency. Maintain compliance for a portfolio of 30+ leases. Create and implement a robust fixed asset system, policies, and SOPs. Provide direction, coaching, and development for the accounting team. Experience Needed Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Certifications: CPA or CMA strongly preferred. GAAPready corporate audit experience. Experience in multisite healthcare or private equitybacked growth is a strong plus. Proven success driving implementation projects and process improvements. 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
