Position Overview We are seeking motivated, coachable individuals interested in launching a career in sales within the life insurance industry. This is a remote, independent contractor opportunity offering performance-based compensation and flexible scheduling. No prior insurance experience is required. Licensing support and structured training are provided for qualified candidates. Responsibilities Connect with prospective clients who have expressed interest in life insurance coverage Conduct phone or virtual consultations to assess coverage needs Present appropriate life insurance solutions based on client goals Submit applications accurately and compliantly Participate in training and mentorship sessions Maintain professional and ethical standards in all client interactions Compensation 100% commission-based compensation Paid directly by insurance carriers Performance-based advancement opportunities No salary or hourly wage is provided Compensation varies based on production, product type, and individual performance.
