Read on to learn more - and apply today to be considered. salary: $125,000 - $135,000 per year shift: First work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Culture Culture Champion: Drive the Group HSE policy, transforming compliance into a lived culture of safety and stewardship. Advisory: Coach site management and employees to integrate safety into daily operations and "Being Faurecia" values. Risk Mitigation: Analyze site risks and engineer proactive solutions to improve industrial safety and environmental impact. Operational Excellence & Compliance Standards Management: Maintain site-wide adherence to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards and lead all Core Team audits. Regulatory Liaison: Manage relationships with local government and regulatory bodies; monitor legal compliance and environmental reporting. Technical Support: Partner with engineering and program teams to embed HSE requirements into SOPs and new product launches. Data Integrity: Organize HSE audits and monitor key performance indicators (FR0t, environmental data, etc.). Health, Safety & Incident Response Incident Management: Lead accident investigations and root cause analysis. Remain on-call 24/7 for emergency management and serve as Site Fire Manager. Claims Advocacy: Manage Workers' Compensation claims, represent the company at hearings, and lead Return-to-Work programs. Occupational Health: Oversee ergonomics, hearing conservation, and medical reporting requirements (OSHA/State). Training & Security: Conduct all safety/environmental training and communications. Manage plant security and administrative record confidentiality.
