We're Favorite Day Maid, and we're hiring a highly organized, diligent, and customer service-focused person to join our Eagle, ID team as a full-time Scheduling and Operations Coordinator! You'll be at the center of our daily operations, strategically coordinating employees' activities to ensure we provide the best service possible to customers. Think you have what it takes? SCHEDULING AND OPERATIONS COORDINATOR COMPENSATION: Pay: $42,000 - $48,000/year based on qualifications Schedule: This full-time position works Monday through Friday, typically for 30 - 40 hours per week Benefits: PTO Growth opportunities Uniforms PT and massage paid for Personal development Company parties HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT Our Scheduling and Operations Coordinator is the heartbeat of our daily activities and makes a real difference by keeping employees on track and our office well-organized! You'll have your hand in various aspects of the business, making sure everything is running smoothly and efficiently. Accuracy, time management, and attention to detail will be your top priorities as you: Schedule new client cleanings and strategically adjust service routes to support productivity and efficiency Adjust schedules as needed Follow up with first-time clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business Help strengthen the cleaning team by regularly checking in with employees, following up after services, tracking business metrics, hiring staff, and onboarding new employees Prepare and submit payroll on time Maintain accurate employee records and send regular team updates/reminders to keep everyone on the same page WHO WE ARE: Since 2018, Favorite Day Maid has become one of Boise's most trusted names in home cleaning.
