Wireless Technician

Our client is seeking a Wireless Technician to support and maintain enterprise Wi-Fi across a campus location and adjacent facilities. As a Wireless Technician, you will be responsible for installation, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of wireless access, including AP deployments, RF health, client connectivity, and security posture. The ideal candidate will have ability to work independently & as part of cross-functional teams, able to work under minimal supervision and exhibit a high attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Wireless Technician Location: Auburn Hills, MI Pay Rate: Pay will be up to $38.00/hour (dependent on experience)Key Responsibilities Install, label, and commission wireless access points (APs), antennas, and related cabling/hardware across offices, conference centers, labs, and executive spaces. Handle day to day WLAN incidents and service requests. Implement WLAN security standards. Requirements Hands on WLAN support in a large enterprise/campus (multi building, 1k+ APs or 5k+ clients). Proficiency with at least one enterprise WLAN platform (Cisco/Meraki/Aruba/Mist) and switching basics (VLANs, trunks, PoE, LACP, STP protections).
