Job Details E8 Inpatient Rehab 21-bed unitPatient Population: Acute Rehabilitation Patients. The population served includes male and female patients primarily ages 18 and over, with a variety of stable medical-surgical diagnoses. Our patients usually have a defined plan of care towards a planned discharge date.We do tend to have a higher proportion of stroke and/or neurological deficit patients.
