What You'll DoPick up installations between 7:00-7:30 AM Complete assigned installs within 4-hour time slots Use our mobile app to upload photos and capture customer signatures Treat every customer's home with care and professionalism Install a variety of appliances and fixtures - including dishwashers, garbage disposals, water heaters, microwaves, ranges, wall ovens, vanities, toilets, sinks, faucets, lights, and ceiling fans What We're Looking ForMust be 21 or older Able to lift 50+ lbs Valid driver's license and clean MVR Pass a background check Full-time availability Monday-Friday Positive, go-getter attitude - no experience required Construction or mechanical experience a plus What We OfferGuaranteed $1,000/week + weekly bonuses (uncapped potential) Paid, on-the-job training Company vehicle & fuel card Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays 5-day workweek - weekends optional Advancement opportunities within a growing company Join a company that values craftsmanship, rewards hard work, and believes in investing in its people.
