Job DescriptionCommercial Insurance Producer - HybridJob Summary: Seeking a motivated Commercial Insurance Producer to help drive new business, develop strong client relationships, and provide tailored commercial insurance solutions. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, and industry outreach Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Understand clients' business needs to recommend appropriate insurance solutions Prepare and present insurance proposals, quotes, and renewal strategies Collaborate with account managers and the marketing team for smooth client onboarding and service Stay informed on market trends, underwriting guidelines, and carrier appetites Represent the agency at networking events and community functions Meet or exceed sales production and client retention goals Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in commercial P&C insurance sales Active Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty license required Strong knowledge of commercial lines coverages (GL, WC, Property, Auto, Umbrella, etc.) Proven track record of new business development and client acquisition Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-starter with a goal-driven mindset and high level of professionalism Familiarity with agency management systems (e.g., EPIC, AMS360) and rating platforms preferred Disclaimer: Please note that this job description may not cover all duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the role, and it is subject to modification at the employer's discretion. #LI-DT1
