The Jr. Auditor will be responsible for conducting financial, operational, and compliance audits to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards. With 3 to 5 years of experience, the Auditor will analyze financial data, assess risks, and provide recommendations to improve internal controls and business processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to senior management. Key Responsibilities: Audit Planning & Execution: Develop and execute audit plans based on risk assessments. Perform financial, operational, and compliance audits to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards. Identify control weaknesses and recommend improvements. Review Bills of Lading, Invoices, accounting records, and transactions for accuracy and compliance. Assess operational efficiencies and identify cost-saving opportunities. Conduct audits of internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR). Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes. Stay updated on evolving regulations and industry best practices. Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, risks, and recommendations for improvement. Present audit results to management and provide strategic recommendations. Maintain accurate and organized audit documentation. Other duties as assigned. Collaboration & Process Improvement: Work closely with finance, operations, and compliance teams to improve internal processes. Provide training and guidance to junior auditors. Support external auditors by providing requested documentation and insights. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, but not Require 3 to 5 years of audit experience in public accounting or corporate auditing. Strong knowledge of auditing standards, GAAP, and internal controls. Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple audit projects.
