The Team You Will Be Joining Join a Charlotte-headquartered services organization Work within a collaborative, fast-moving environment where corporate functions are centralized in the Charlotte headquarters Partner closely with senior leadership and operational stakeholders across the business Join a lean HR environment where team members operate with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset What They Offer You Opportunity to step into a high-impact interim HR Manager role with immediate visibility across the organization Initial 3-month contract engagement with potential to convert to a permanent HR leadership position Exposure to a growing, globally connected organization with an entrepreneurial culture Ability to make a meaningful impact by supporting critical HR operations and stabilizing key processes Direct partnership with business leaders who value practical, responsive HR support Why This Role Is Important The organization is seeking an interim HR leader to help stabilize the HR function during a temporary leadership gap Ensure continuity across payroll processing, employee onboarding, and benefits administration including support during annual open enrollment Serve as a key resource supporting employees and managers with day-to-day HR needs Provide hands-on HR support to ensure business operations and employee experience remain uninterrupted The Background That Fits 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in an HR Manager, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner role Hands-on experience managing payroll, onboarding, benefits administration, and HR operations Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll platforms such as Paylocity or similar systems Experience supporting small to mid-sized organizations with approximately 200-500 employees Ability to step into an interim environment and quickly take ownership of operational HR responsibilities Comfortable working in-office in North Charlotte #Hybrid LI-KJ1
