Quality control inspector-in process

We are currently seeking a highly energetic QC In-process Inspector to join our Quality Control Department.Experience in Metal Fabrication industry a MUST HAVE salary: $56,000 - $72,000 per year shift: First work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM education: High School Responsibilities Precision Inspection: Perform detailed in-process inspections of manufactured parts and weldments based on technical drawings and specifications. Documentation: Generate precise Quality Discrepancy Reports (QDR) for any non-conforming products to ensure total traceability. Collaboration: Partner with manufacturing and production teams to clearly define and resolve non-conformance issues. Quality Support: Execute and support all assigned quality-related activities to maintain shop flow and excellence. Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with mechanical inspection gauges, including: Micrometers & Verniers, Height & Depth Gauges, Go-NoGo Thread & Plug Gauges The essential functions of this role include: working in a smoke free environment Skills Quality Control Product Inspection Testing Blueprints Mirometers Gauges CMM QDR Qualifications Years of experience: 3 years Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
