Overview Join our team as a Vice President of Business Intelligence Analytics, where you will play a critical role in developing predictive models and data-driven strategies that shape brand positioning and content initiatives. You will leverage audience intelligence platforms and statistical tools to perform exploratory and explanatory data analysis, uncovering patterns that inform strategic recommendations. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure data outputs align with campaign goals, creative execution, and media strategies. Additionally, you will translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights through compelling visualizations, written briefs, and presentations for various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Support the adoption of automated reporting solutions and develop scalable data workflows for regular insight delivery. Stay updated on digital analytics trends, audience measurement techniques, and platform changes affecting data collection and interpretation. Contribute to research approaches for cultural trend identification, moment marketing, and audience resonance analysis. Mentor junior analysts in synthesizing social and digital data methodologies. Serve as a digital and social expert by keeping current with measurement trends and relevant industry developments. Design and implement advanced analytics methodologies to analyze audience behavior and campaign effectiveness across various media. Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track complex Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across multiple digital ecosystems. Integrate third-party market research data with social listening and analytics sources to generate comprehensive insights. Domestic travel may be required up to 10% for work meetings. While telecommuting is permitted, you must report onsite three days per week to an office in Dallas, TX; San Francisco or Los Angeles, CA; Chicago, IL; Clayton, MO; Boston, MA; New York, NY; or Washington, D.C. Salary: $118,789 - $140,000 per year. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree or U.S. equivalent in Communication, Business Analytics, or related field, plus 5 years of professional experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Analyst, or in a similar role involving market research for finance, entertainment, luxury markets, and rural populations. Experience analyzing and interpreting social media data, using standard social listening tools such as Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Affinio, and others, with a focus on monitoring and strategic recommendations. Proficient in evaluating volumetric and content analysis of earned media data using social media monitoring tools. Experience with web analytics packages including BuzzSumo and SimilarWeb. Knowledge of BI and AI tools like Excel, Gemini, NotebookLM, or Google AI Studio. Familiarity with market research tools, including YouGov, GlobalWebIndex, and Forrester. Proven ability to distill complex data into simple KPIs, data visualizations, dashboards, and scorecards. Experience collaborating with social media creators on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X. At least 2 years of experience working with developer and engineering audiences and brands such as Gemini, Gemma, ChatGPT, and Llama. #LI-DNI
