About the Role NetSuite Customer Success (CS) is looking for a talented Consulting Lead to join our Professional Services team, focusing on Wholesale Distribution implementations. This role involves delivering ERP implementations and optimization engagements utilizing the SuiteSuccess methodology for customers throughout North America. This position is part of the NetSuite Customer Success - Delivery / Professional Services organization and is responsible for leading comprehensive NetSuite implementations, upgrades, module deployments, and optimization projects to achieve high-value, project-based outcomes. As a Consulting Lead, you will operate autonomously with full accountability for engagement results, collaborating closely with Project Managers and consulting teams to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions. Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor are crucial as you navigate complex client interactions and collaborate effectively across teams. Responsibilities Lead and deliver NetSuite implementation and optimization projects (SuiteSuccess and customized deployments) for customers in the Products (Distribution, Retail, Manufacturing) sectors, ensuring high quality, adherence to scope, and customer satisfaction. Analyze and validate customer business requirements, transforming them into scalable NetSuite solution designs. Architect and configure NetSuite solutions aligned with customer objectives, incorporating complex workflows, automations, reporting, and integrations. Define detailed functional requirements and collaborate with technical teams to design, test, and deploy integrations and advanced configurations. Provide leadership to consulting team members, delegating tasks while ensuring overall solution quality and delivery outcomes. Build strong, trusted relationships with customers; manage expectations, scope, and risks proactively and professionally. Implement NetSuite methodology, industry best practices, and internal delivery standards to guarantee consistent outcomes. Engage in solution scoping, effort estimation, project planning, and knowledge sharing within the Professional Services team. Stay current on NetSuite capabilities, certifications, and emerging platform enhancements. Minimum Qualifications 7+ years of relevant experience, including significant ERP implementation or administration experience. (5-7 years of relevant experience is preferred, including 2 years of consulting experience). Robust ERP functional consulting background, with experience leading customer-facing implementations. NetSuite platform experience is strongly preferred; experience with alternative ERP platforms will also be considered. Proven consulting experience with a track record of leading workshops, managing stakeholders, and delivering communications suitable for executives. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. Preferred Qualifications NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, SuiteCloud Developer) and/or cloud certifications (OCI or equivalent). Domain expertise in distribution, manufacturing, consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce. Demonstrated success in leading medium to large ERP programs involving cross-functional and technical complexity. Experience mentoring or coaching fellow consultants during engagements.
