Starting pay: $15.50/hr Flexible shifts available - evenings & weekends Weekly pay Allied Universal® Event Services is seeking Event Security personnel. In this role, you will check bags, enforce access control, and implement safety policies while delivering outstanding customer service to enhance the guest experience. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with event day preparation and execution. Manage venue entry processes, including collecting/scanning tickets, verifying wristbands and badges, and directing traffic. Screen guests during entry through bag searches, hand wands or metal detectors, and ID verification. Safeguard guests, staff, and venue assets by monitoring security breaches at critical checkpoints. Quickly address potential crowd control issues and facilitate escorts for unruly guests when necessary. Understand the policies, procedures, and regulations of various venues and events. Ensure a welcoming experience for guests at entrances, aisles, concourse areas, and other locations. Provide guests with helpful directions and suggestions that enhance their entertainment experience. QUALIFICATIONS: To succeed in this position, individuals must effectively perform each essential duty. The following requirements represent the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary. Licensing requirements may vary based on state or local regulations and may be necessary prior to employment.
