What We're Looking For: The Registered Nurse (RN) will lead a team of patient care staff to provide direct, quality clinical care. Your responsibilities will include: Leading a team of direct care providers to ensure effective medication administration, treatment execution, documentation, family education, care planning, and patient care meetings according to Health Campus Policies and Procedures. Applying the nursing process to deliver comprehensive patient care and ensuring continuity of care from admission to discharge, and back to family and community. Conducting daily visits on your assigned unit to assess and evaluate each resident's physical and emotional condition, promptly notifying the charge nurse, physician, and/or Director of Nursing of any changes. Identifying resident issues and emergency situations, and taking immediate lifesaving actions in the absence of a physician. Performing administrative tasks such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting as necessary. Qualifications: Must possess and maintain a current, valid RN license. Current, valid CPR certification is required.
