The Senior Internal Communications Strategist will have the unique opportunity to lead and implement key cultural initiatives that enhance the employee experience at Humana. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of communication strategies for enterprise-wide initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle at Humana. Design change communication strategies, plans, and narratives to ensure message alignment across the organization. Establish systematic measurement and reporting processes, setting and evaluating KPIs to inform decision-making and assess success. Act as a subject matter expert in culture and associate experience communications, providing consulting support to Corporate Communications, cross-functional teams, and leadership. Advise business partners on innovative communication strategies that connect core initiatives with the company’s values and associate value proposition. Exhibit exceptional writing and project management skills, displaying meticulous attention to detail in all tasks. Build effective strategies and content for a variety of internal communication channels. Implement standardized processes to foster collaboration, productivity, and innovation across workstreams. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, public relations, or related field. 5+ years of experience in employee communications or Human Resources. Experience in HR-related communications, from strategic planning to the creation and execution of communication materials. Prior experience in a matrixed environment within a Corporate Fortune 100 company. Additional Information: This position reports to an Associate Vice President of Communications. You will work independently without managerial responsibilities. Occasional travel to Humana's offices may be necessary for training or meetings, capped at approximately 10% based on business needs. Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Compensation: The base pay range is between $86,300 and $118,700 per year, influenced by geographic location and individual qualifications. This role is also eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on performance.
