This assignment offers predictable weekday hours with no call or weekends, making it an attractive opportunity for CRNAs seeking steady daytime coverage. Schedule: Monday–Friday Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 5 × 8-hour shifts weekly 20 shifts per month required Providers rotate between the surgery center and affiliated hospitals within the St. Augustine region. Typical structure: Medical Direction Model Physician-to-CRNA ratio typically 1:3 or 1:4 Anesthesiologists perform most regional blocks CRNAs primarily staff operating rooms and manage anesthetic care Operating Room Coverage: St. Augustine ASC – 4 ORs Southside – 15 ORs St. Vincent – 8 ORs St. Johns – 8 ORs Riverside – 23 ORs Providers typically remain at a single facility per shift.
