Your Role: As a Senior Payroll & Compensation Consultant specializing in Oracle HCM Cloud, you will work closely with project teams and client stakeholders to implement innovative solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud configurations. We seek a candidate with practical experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in Core HR, along with a solid understanding of payroll, compensation, benefits, and absence management. Your role will include facilitating workshops, generating deliverables, configuring applications, conducting rigorous testing, providing process guidance, and supporting all project phases, including post-go-live activities. Your Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team while providing expert functional direction for the Payroll and Compensation solution design, utilizing industry best practices. Collaborate to design end-to-end solutions using the Oracle HCM Cloud application effectively. Engage in hands-on configuration of Payroll and Compensation modules, ensuring thorough testing and effective release management. Identify, address, and resolve any issues related to the Payroll and Compensation modules promptly. Review training materials, manage functional issue resolution, and oversee deliverable creation. Facilitate functional team activities and provide regular updates to project management teams. Evaluate business process integration from a holistic project perspective. Ensure all system customizations are functionally accurate. Facilitate timely resolutions for functional issues while maintaining active project plans. Coordinate client review processes to ensure smooth approvals. Monitor project progress and adjust schedules and resources as necessary. Oversee all testing activities to guarantee quality and functionality. Assist in managing the transition to production to ensure seamless operation. Expertly configure HCM tables and business rules. What You Need: A minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll (U.S.) and/or Compensation solutions, including 1-2 full cycle implementations. Expertise in HDLs and Fast Formula functionalities within Payroll and Compensation modules. A strong understanding of payroll business processes. Proficient in Payroll testing methodologies. Deep functional experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll and Compensation modules. Hands-on experience configuring Oracle HCM Cloud applications. Experience leading design workshops and effectively managing team dynamics. Bonus Points for: Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management, Payroll, and Benefits modules. Knowledge of SOA integration. Additional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud. Relevant Implementation Specialist certification. Eligibility Requirements: US Citizenship is required. Accenture Federal Services provides competitive salary ranges based on location, including California, Colorado, Illinois, and New York. For this role, the base pay range is $108,400 - $203,400 USD. Compensation may vary based on several factors such as job specifics, skills, and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package as well.
