Job Description: Crowe is actively seeking a motivated and skilled leader to steer our clients through their Integrated Risk Management (IRM) ServiceNow implementations. We are looking for someone with outstanding leadership, decision-making, and managerial skills to ensure that our ServiceNow IRM/GRC implementations surpass client expectations. Responsibilities: Engage in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, project scoping, leading proof of concepts, and assisting with Statement of Work (SOW) preparations. Advise clients on how to effectively leverage ServiceNow for their IRM programs. Lead project implementations, overseeing architectural design, and collaborate with the Engagement Lead, Solution Architect, and development teams to ensure projects are delivered on time. Conduct project kickoff meetings and weekly status updates with clients, managing detailed project timelines. Provide guidance and support to developers on ServiceNow configuration. Perform final quality assurance reviews of all project deliverables. Design and deliver comprehensive end-user training. Identify opportunities to enhance client value through ServiceNow and expand their vision. Desired Skills: Certified System Administrator (CSA). Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a professional environment. 3+ years of experience in delivering ServiceNow implementations focused on IRM. Prior experience as a ServiceNow implementation lead or system administrator. In-depth knowledge of IRM/GRC programs within ServiceNow. Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously. Experience providing consulting services to senior leaders within organizations. Ability to work independently or collaboratively with professionals at all levels. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Excellent oral and written communication abilities. Capacity to multi-task and navigate multiple projects concurrently. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Familiarity with project planning and management methodologies and tools. Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time.
