This position involves managing complex tasks essential for the effective servicing of our clients' portfolios of commercial real estate loans. You will be responsible for producing high-quality deliverables in a timely manner with minimal oversight. Key Responsibilities: Review and approve system-generated reports, queries, and client deliverables to ensure compliance and accuracy. Communicate effectively with internal and external clients regarding inquiries related to loan servicing. Adhere to internal policies and quality standards while fulfilling contractual obligations to clients. Summarize research to answer inquiries from Lenders, Auditors, Rating Agencies, and other stakeholders. Create and design spreadsheet templates and financial models, including advanced Excel formulas and macros to analyze loan metrics, cash flows, and amortization schedules. Ensure compliance with servicing standards, internal policies, and key document requirements, addressing necessary exceptions appropriately. Prepare and deliver timely cash remittance and reporting based on contractual requirements. Ensure collection of servicing fees through the remittance process as per agreement terms. Promote a collaborative environment by assisting colleagues and contributing to special projects, working beyond standard hours when needed. Propose improvements for processes related to job responsibilities. Conduct quality control on completed outputs and convey findings to team members. Stay updated on changes in industry standards. Perform other duties as assigned by your manager. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; preferred fields include finance/accounting or business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of relevant industry experience, ideally in a Senior Analyst or Analyst role. 0 - 2 years of experience in reconciliations or financial/investor reporting is preferred. 0 - 2 years of experience with CREFC Reporting is a plus. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Strong professionalism. Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to utilize advanced features and macros. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to work effectively in a team while also demonstrating independent thought and producing high-quality work. Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision. Proactive in identifying and resolving problems. The annual full-time base salary range for this role is $59,000.00 - $85,000.00. Specific compensation will be determined through the interview process and will consider relevant education, experience, skills, and location. Certain positions may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses based on company policies and management approval.
