Clinical Applications Specialist - Vascular Imaging - req1628 OVERVIEW Join our team as a Clinical Applications Specialist, where you will oversee the successful implementation and training of our advanced CMSU vascular imaging solutions. After the sales and installation phases, you will take the lead to ensure healthcare professionals—including doctors, nurses, and technologists—are thoroughly trained and maximally satisfied with their new CMSU products. Your role is crucial in enhancing customer retention and satisfaction with our innovative services. RESPONSIBILITIES Act as the project manager for the final implementation phase of a specific CMSU diagnostic imaging modality at healthcare facilities. Create and manage comprehensive training plans for physicians and healthcare staff, ensuring they confidently utilize CMSU products and services. Advise clinicians on best practices for workflow, image acquisition, protocols, and quality to elevate customer satisfaction. Assess if additional training is necessary and prepare customized training sessions based on identified needs. Serve as the primary clinical point of contact for ongoing support and follow-up training at each facility. Document daily training activities and prepare site reports. Facilitate pre/post communications for both internal teams and external partners. Stay updated with technical and clinical advancements to maintain proficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting system performance and image quality; escalate unresolved issues promptly. Collaborate with service engineers as needed to address technical challenges. Complete Alerts and PCRs as required. Provide bi-weekly updates to Applications Management and local teams. QUALIFICATIONS Strong project management skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. Excellent presentation and platform skills. Teaching experience is a plus. Relevant certifications based on modality supported: (XR) ARRT RT(R); (VL) ARRT RT(R) - Minimum Required, VI, CV or CI - Preferred; (MR) ARRT; (CT) ARRT RT(R); (PETCT) AART (CT) and either ARRT (N) or CNMT, RVT. Must maintain a valid motor vehicle/driver's license from your state of residence. Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a hospital or imaging center. AART CT certifications are required. Preferred candidates should reside in PST or MST time zones. Willingness to travel 85%-100% of the time is essential. Salary Range: $80K to $129K DOE #LI-LP1 #LI-Remote About Us!
