As a Corporate Travel Consultant, you will become a vital part of our talented remote team, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our corporate clients. Many of our Traveler Care leaders began their careers in this role, and now contribute to various departments within Amex GBT. Your Responsibilities Provide expert travel advice and arrangements for corporate clients. Analyze and research travel options, proactively identifying client needs to offer additional services. Book and arrange complex domestic and international travel, including air, road, rail, and accommodations. Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) - Sabre. Ensure compliance with clients' travel policies, service provider guidelines, and regulatory standards. Employ positive telephone service techniques and respond to special customer requests. Work collaboratively to mentor and provide constructive feedback to peers, fostering improved service delivery. What We Seek A genuine passion for superior client service and anticipating client needs proactively. Deep expertise in Sabre GDS. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A keen eye for detail. Integrity and a commitment to safeguarding traveler information. Strong knowledge of the travel industry, with experience in business or leisure travel, or airline reservations. The ability to resolve customer issues efficiently, whether independently or in coordination with suppliers. A collaborative spirit and openness to receiving feedback. Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm EST Location: Canada The national base salary range for this role is $40,600.00 - $75,400.00, reflecting the range Amex GBT expects to pay. The actual salary will depend on the role's complexity, alongside the candidate's experience, skills, and work location. In addition to salary, this position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
