Our Associate Dentists enjoy earning between 30-35% of their adjusted production, with full transparency and unwavering support to help you thrive—no surprises, just opportunities! What You'll Do: Provide a comprehensive range of high-quality clinical services—from fillings, crowns, and root canals to cosmetic procedures like veneers and professional whitening—utilizing Tend’s state-of-the-art digital workflows. Conduct thorough exams, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and educate patients on optimal oral health and their procedure options. Manage multiple treatment rooms while maintaining a dynamic schedule that balances hygiene checks, operative care, and emergency visits. Proactively drive production by identifying and completing full treatment plans, optimizing chair time, and delivering efficient, quality care. Lead and mentor dental assistants while collaborating closely with hygienists to ensure seamless patient care and clinical excellence. Partner with studio managers and operational leaders to achieve production goals, uphold clinical standards, and continuously enhance studio workflows. Engage in ongoing professional development through internal training, mentorship, and both virtual and in-person continuing education opportunities. What You Have: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Current, active dental license in your state. Current CPR/BLS certification. Active DEA registration. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a DSO or private practice or completion of a residency if under 2 years of experience. Comfortable with modern technology and eager to adopt digital workflows. Invisalign certification. Availability for a Full Time schedule of 4 days per week plus 2 Saturdays monthly, or Part Time availability of 3 Saturdays per month. Physical Requirements: This role requires the ability to perform essential job duties, with or without reasonable accommodation: Ability to sit and stand for extended periods during clinical procedures. Manual dexterity for handling dental instruments and performing precise procedures. Adequate vision to interpret charts and operate clinical equipment. Ability to maintain ergonomic positioning and reach for patient care. Occasional lifting of equipment and supplies up to 25 pounds.
