Lead Solutions Consultant Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Join our dynamic team as a Lead Solutions Consultant and work collaboratively with Cornerstone's Regional Sales Managers and Directors to attract new clients and strengthen relationships with our existing customer base. In this exciting role, you will showcase Cornerstone's cutting-edge product offerings and focus on the technical aspects of the sales process. Keeping up-to-date with the latest technical, industry, and product advancements is crucial for success in this position. As a key team member, you will engage with our corporate group to share valuable insights and best practices. You will report directly to the RVP of Solution Consulting. In this role, you will: Demonstrate customized product functionality and convey our compelling value proposition effectively. Align the needs, goals, and objectives of our clients for tailored solutions. Develop a comprehensive understanding of potential clients' business environments. Articulate complex solutions in a clear and engaging manner, both verbally and through presentations. Facilitate account transitions and communicate business requirements with project and implementation teams. Stay ahead of the competition by understanding their offerings and positioning Cornerstone's solutions strategically. Contribute to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Requests for Quotations (RFQs) as required. Collaborate with the Solutions Consultant team to exchange best practices and insights. Seize the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities, showcasing your exceptional capabilities. You're a great fit if you have: A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience with a strong academic background; an advanced degree or MBA is a plus. 5+ years of pre-sales experience. A minimum of 3 years in a pre-sales role at a software company, focusing on Human Capital Management (HCM) and Software as a Service (SaaS). Proven skills in SaaS, Human Capital Management, effective communication, consultative selling, teamwork, accountability, Salesforce.com, enterprise software, and knowledge of talent/HRIS/CRM management systems. Exceptional presentation and product demonstration abilities. Adept at building and nurturing strong professional relationships. Demonstrated ability to translate product functionality into valuable client solutions. A strong desire to achieve results with minimal supervision. Excellent communication, presentation, time management, and organizational skills. The ability to work collaboratively with a geographically dispersed team.
