We conduct team and company-wide offsites multiple times a year to promote collaboration and connection. The Consumer Learning & Development Trainer Lead Analyst will play a pivotal role in delivering extensive onboarding, advanced cross-skilling, and train-the-trainer sessions, driving operational excellence and outstanding performance in our customer support teams. You will collaborate with teams such as Workforce Management, Vendor Management, Operations, Learning & Development, and Quality Assurance to create targeted training solutions. As a recognized expert in operational processes, you’ll have experience delivering training sessions to global audiences both in person and virtually, while also helping to shape the overall training strategy. You will remain actively engaged with high-impact live cases to maintain deep subject matter expertise and identify areas for improvement. Passion for enhancing the customer experience through top-notch training and continuous improvement is essential. Key Responsibilities: Training (30-50% travel required): Conduct engaging and strategically aligned training sessions on Premium & Priority support workstreams to ensure comprehensive understanding and application. Provide onboarding, cross-skilling training, and nesting support to exceed KPIs and business SLAs. Maintain high standards in training delivery for consistent knowledge transfer. Run Train-the-Trainer masterclasses, certifying and developing training facilitators through continuous learning programs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop training materials tailored to Premium & Priority Support. Advise on the structure of onboarding and cross-skilling programs. Ensure all training content complies with regulatory requirements and internal policies, proactively identifying gaps. Directly identify and address training gaps through advanced quality assurance processes and performance analytics. Operations: Identify and implement opportunities for optimizing processes and KPIs through strategic continuous improvement initiatives. Manage and prioritize problems to ensure timely resolution, personally leading critical solution implementations. Explore opportunities to eliminate, automate, and optimize (EAO) processes through advanced data analysis and predictive modeling. Initiate collaborations with cross-functional teams to discuss and gain buy-in for proposed solutions, coordinating implementation with organizational impact. Submit enhancement requests for tools based on observations and testing results. Work with the Knowledge Management team to update content and L&D for training material revisions. Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to hands-on production roles to maintain expert-level SME knowledge of workflows and identify improvement areas. Provide flexible support during peak workloads in collaboration with management. Utilize data and customer feedback to help resolve critical customer issues and improve the customer experience. Proactively address customer needs to simplify the experience, reduce friction, and enhance trust in Coinbase. Advocate for clear communication with internal and external partners to align on solutions and drive transformation results. What We Look For: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related production role, preferably in training. Expert knowledge of Customer Experience and customer service practices with specialized domain expertise. A proven track record of successfully leading significant process improvements in an organization. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to engage and manage stakeholders. Ability to multitask efficiently and manage competing priorities effectively. A proactive mindset in suggesting and implementing organizational improvements. A commitment to continuous learning and improvement. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of blockchain technology, web3 concepts, staking processes, and cryptocurrency. Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly growing, fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: High proficiency in cryptocurrency and knowledge of Coinbase products. Experience in technology, finance, or fintech sectors. Certifications in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Agile. Experience with process modeling tools. Experience leading and developing remote or virtual teams. A proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive strategic initiatives independently. Position ID: P75567 Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual base salary for this position ranges from $99,365 to $116,900 USD.
