Hygienist Continuing Education: Hygienists who complete one year of employment may be reimbursed for continuing education courses up to $250 per year (maximum of $500 in two years for full-time Hygienists) Company-provided certification trainings: including CPR, Radiology, Nitrous Oxide, and more. The company will reimburse for eligible training/testing expenses. Responsibilities: Our Hygienists provide direct dental care and associated services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist, along with general office support. Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient Perform direct patient care, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, fluoride application, and related procedures under supervision Provide excellent customer service by identifying opportunities for Same Day Care Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene instruction Assess patients’ dental conditions and review their medical histories Adhere to all government regulations and company standards Guide patients and parents through the treatment process Assist with dental and perio charting as needed Take x-rays and update patient charts as required Ensure memorable patient experiences through compassionate interaction Qualifications: Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing Experience is valued but not always required Do you speak another language?
