Qualifications: A passion for serving patients and families with the highest standards of care Education: Graduate of an accredited master's, post-master's, or doctoral nursing program with formal Nurse Practitioner preparation Licensure: Current unrestricted licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with Nurse Practitioner designation and full DEA privileges; maintain national certification in your specialty Experience: A minimum of 2 years in chronic disease management or long-term care within the last 5 years; experience in hospice and/or palliative care is preferred Requirements: Reliable transportation; ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 80-100 lbs.
