The Role: Senior Real-World Data Analytic Consultant We seek a dynamic, motivated, and passionate expert in real-world evidence and epidemiologic study design to join our Analytic Services team as a Senior Analytic Consultant. This exciting role supports our increasing range of projects across the pharmaceutical, medical device, and broader life sciences sectors. In this position, you will collaborate directly with clients to design and execute a variety of evidence generation projects, including epidemiology studies, safety and regulatory analyses, health economics and outcomes research, health care resource utilization assessments, and market access initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in translating complex research questions into robust study designs, conducting analyses using real-world data, and presenting findings effectively in client-facing settings. Joining our innovative and collaborative team, you will focus on generating significant insights that help stakeholders meet their critical clinical, commercial, and regulatory goals. Candidates should be eager to learn and apply our proprietary IHD platform to support efficient and scalable Insight solutions, as well as possess a solid foundation in epidemiologic methods, health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), health care resource utilization (HCRU) analytics, and applied statistical methods. Success in this role necessitates strong communication and relationship-building skills, along with analytical expertise and a comprehensive understanding of the US healthcare landscape. Key Responsibilities: Quickly learn and apply new analytical software and platforms, ensuring accurate execution of real-world study designs through thorough quality control. Conduct in-depth analyses across various healthcare data sources, such as claims, lab, EMR/EHR, and social determinants of health data to derive meaningful insights for evidence-based decision-making. Lead large-scale analytical initiatives from design to delivery, aligning with engagement objectives and stakeholder expectations. Enhance Norstella's RWD capabilities through the integration of innovative methods, including advanced predictive analytics. Represent Norstella in key stakeholder interactions, share findings, guide discussions, and facilitate high-impact decision-making. Translate complex technical analyses into clear, concise narratives that support strategic decision-making for diverse stakeholders. Collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams, including data science, product, and commercial groups, to ensure high-quality delivery and continuous improvement of Insight solutions. Maintain familiarity with evolving real-world data assets, analytical methods, and industry standards to proactively guide study design recommendations and best practices. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: 4+ years of professional experience working directly with real-world data (e.g., claims, APLD, lab, EMR/EHR, billing codes). Advanced understanding of the life sciences industry and the US healthcare ecosystem. Proven success in delivering client-facing projects and managing stakeholder expectations. Expertise in SQL and advanced data analysis, with a background in predictive modeling and machine learning being a plus. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, demonstrating the ability to mentor and inspire others. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven record of creativity in problem-solving and strategic planning. We do not provide visa sponsorship or transfers. We are not currently accepting candidates on an OPT visa. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $125,000 to $135,000. Typically, offers are made below the top of this range. Salary offers depend on various factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and potential licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors will also play a role. Alongside base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates may receive a discretionary bonus.
