Job Description Lead all construction activities for a groundup affordable multifamily project, overseeing planning, budgeting, and execution. Manage subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and performance oversight. Maintain project schedules, track progress, and implement corrective actions where needed. Partner with design teams, local municipalities, and stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth coordination. Drive quality, safety, and costcontrol standards across all phases of the project. Produce accurate reporting, documentation, and forecasting throughout construction. Strong technical knowledge of structural systems, scheduling, and financial management. Ability to lead field teams effectively and maintain excellent communication with owners and consultants.
