As an Associate Internal Auditor, you will play an essential role in developing, planning, and assessing internal audit programs related to our organization's financial and statistical records. You will be responsible for conducting audits across various departments to ensure compliance with our organizational policies, procedures, and standards. In this pivotal role, you will evaluate asset accountability, audit accounting records tied to contracts, and compile detailed reports for management, providing valuable insights and actionable recommendations for improvements. You will also collaborate with external auditors to facilitate their work, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the professional standards and regulations relevant to your area of expertise. What you bring to our team Bachelor's degree Fewer than 3 years of experience in auditing Strong ability to maintain a big-picture perspective while thriving in a fast-paced, multi-project environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Outstanding organizational skills along with meticulous attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities with ease Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, paired with effective problem-solving capabilities A genuine commitment to enhancing consumer experiences through continuous improvement Preferred Qualifications Prior auditing experience, including the preparation of audit work papers Relevant certifications such as CPA, CIA, CFE, or PMP (or currently pursuing) Additional Information Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Pay Range: The estimated starting salary for this full-time position varies based on qualifications, ranging from $53,700 to $72,600 annually.
