What to Expect: We invite you to be a part of our innovative Professional Services team, where you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence. By optimizing tools, processes, and enablement programs, you'll enhance our efficiency, quality, and overall team performance. Your experience will help us coordinate cross-functional initiatives and produce critical documentation that empowers our sales and delivery teams. About the Team: Our mission is to enable Professional Services to deliver exceptional client outcomes by streamlining operations and maximizing the effectiveness of our tools. We collaborate closely across sales, delivery, and product functions to reduce friction and implement best practices, ensuring our consultants and account teams can thrive daily. Key Responsibilities: Documentation and Enablement Strategy: Develop, maintain, and refine process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and sales enablement content across multiple platforms. Tool & System Management: Enhance and manage key internal platforms such as Salesforce and Smartsheet; identify opportunities for automation and provide training to users on these tools. Cross-Functional Project Coordination: Lead and manage operational initiatives that include process enhancements and system updates, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed. New Product & Release Support: Assist with documentation and enablement efforts for new product launches and service introductions, including effective communication of updates through release notes. Change Management & Training Delivery: Create training content, such as guides and tutorials, and support the implementation of new processes effectively. Analytics & Continuous Improvement: Monitor operational metrics and analyze delivery efficiency to propose actionable process improvements. Sales & Delivery Process Support: Continuously update resources for sales teams and document key delivery standards, project phases, and best practices. What We're Looking For: Exceptional writing skills to produce clear and effective process documentation and training materials. Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines. Technical aptitude to learn and manage various business tools and platforms efficiently. Strong communication skills for productive collaboration with cross-functional teams and diverse audiences. Self-driven mindset with the capacity to work independently and proactively identify operational needs. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Previous experience in SaaS or Professional Services environments is highly preferred. Salary Range and Benefits: The salary ranges from $76,800.00 to $186,200.00, based on qualifications and experience. Our compensation structure includes base salary, bonuses, and equity value.
