Job Summary We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Collaboration Solutions Architect to implement advanced Microsoft 365 workloads such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and others for our diverse clientele. You will work closely with fellow Solutions Architects to ensure seamless installation and deployment of Microsoft 365 technologies. This role offers the flexibility of a remote work arrangement, with your home office setup determined by SHI management. Role Description Implement and optimize Microsoft 365 technologies, including: Microsoft Teams SharePoint Online OneDrive for Business Microsoft Power Platform Microsoft Viva Advise customers and partners on best practices for successful Microsoft 365 deployments Migrate and deploy various Microsoft 365 workloads, ensuring adherence to SHI's established standards Analyze and gather environment discovery data using our developed tools and scripts Create and maintain documentation for customer Microsoft 365 environments and integrations Support Solution Architects in project tasks related to Microsoft 365 migrations and consolidations Engage with clients regarding Microsoft 365 technology during consultation sessions Collaborate with the delivery team on project tasks to ensure accountability and successful outcomes Document best practices, lessons learned, and guidance for clients and internal teams Work with the sales team to identify and capitalize on opportunities through discussions and proposals Lead the formulation of Statements of Work (SOWs) aligning with client needs and business goals Drive revenue growth within the professional services team by recognizing new opportunities and refining service offerings Collaborate with partner teams to develop lucrative service solutions Coordinate with SHI sales teams to ensure a unified approach to service delivery and customer relations Contribute to the practice's growth by identifying opportunities, driving innovation, and establishing standards for superior service delivery Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and retention Provide expert insights on service delivery trends, best practices, and technology innovations Evaluate current business processes and suggest improvements based on industry trends Oversee the evaluation and selection of hardware and software standards, providing technical recommendations Stay updated on new technologies and frameworks, phasing out outdated solutions where necessary Behaviors and Competencies Problem-Solving: Identify and address complex issues proactively, collaborate for solutions, and ensure successful outcomes. Skill Level Requirements Proficient in managing projects to successful completion - Intermediate Adept at managing technical project specifications through stakeholder engagement - Intermediate Capable of designing and developing robust systems and solutions - Intermediate Experience in scripting and coding for task automation - Intermediate Understanding of infrastructure components and orchestration tools - Intermediate Skilled in drafting detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) - Intermediate Significant experience in large-scale IT projects - Intermediate Other Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent professional experience 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture or software engineering 5+ years of progressively responsible technical experience 3+ years of experience designing and integrating Microsoft Collaboration technology 3+ years of experience migrating Microsoft Collaboration technology 3+ years of experience in automation and deployment scripting Willingness to travel occasionally The base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $150,000, with estimated on-target earnings (including salary and bonuses) between $150,000 and $180,000. Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and market location. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
