Located right behind the outdoor third-floor pool, guest can order a burger, fresh fries, and a cocktail all without leaving their pool chair. Guest can take a dip in the sparkling pool and enjoy the beautiful ocean views from the expansive pool deck as guest unwind, dine, and relax with a cool beverage in hand. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the food and beverage areas within the hotel. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting and training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. This person may also coordinate special events at the hotel. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager must have strong communication and analytical skills. Food and Beverage cost control experience is helpful. This person will handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally. This person will also assist the F&B Leadership team in coaching, trainings and leading the front of house team. This person will complete the weekly payroll and tip out for the outlet. This person will occasionally oversee other food & beverage outlets within the properties when business operations in those areas need help. This position is fully on-site. The salary range for this position is $70,304.00-$79,400.00. This is the pay range for this position that The Seabird Resort reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
