Your Responsibilities: Inspect and install pest prevention and home protection systems. Work collaboratively with a team of technicians to complete projects. Perform attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation. Engage in light carpentry tasks. Communicate effectively with customers. Maintain company equipment and complete necessary reporting using handheld devices. What We Offer: Competitive starting pay at $20+ per hour based on experience. Candidate Profile: Experience in construction, roofing, HVAC, or maintenance is preferred. Strong work ethic with a focus on customer service. Team-oriented with a positive, professional approach. Ability to work independently and manage personal schedules. Comfortable in varying weather conditions, confined spaces, and on rooftops. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience using a metal brake to bend or shape metal components. A valid driver's license and good driving record. Capacity to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days (training provided by the company). Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work safely in attics and crawlspaces.
