WHAT WE OFFER: Driver Type: Experienced CDL-A Truck Drivers Equipment Type: Flatbed Route Type: Regional Route Terminal: Kansas City, MO Home Time: Off most weekends for a 34-hour reset FINANCIAL PACKAGE: Full-time drivers can earn between $912.23 and $1,862.98 per week, resulting in an annual income of $47,424.00 to $96,824.00 based on your experience and performance. We also offer additional accessorial pay, including tarp pay, stop pay, and safety bonuses. PAY PER MILE: $0.57 - $0.71 per mile depending on experience. TRANSITION PACKAGE: Enjoy a generous $1,800 transition package to support your onboarding. This includes $1,000 for orientation during your first two weeks, allowing you to focus on driving while we manage the details. HOME TIME: Weekends off for a well-deserved break. Home time may vary by division; this opportunity is for Division 290. PET AND RIDER POLICY: We are pet-free but welcome riders aged 7 and up after a safe driving period of 90 days.
