About the Role We seek an enthusiastic Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of innovative healthcare knowledge graph projects within Oracle's Clinical AI team. This essential role links AI development with the creation of Ambulatory and Acute EHR experiences, ensuring seamless integration of advanced AI capabilities into clinical workflows. You will develop product strategies, prioritize initiatives, and navigate dependencies across AI projects and the knowledge platform, translating complex technical opportunities into actionable roadmaps. Your expertise will enable clinicians to leverage AI-driven insights for enhanced decision-making and improved patient care. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap: Create, align, and maintain product strategies and roadmaps that include engaging, user-centric features, driving the adoption of AI-powered tools within clinician and healthcare staff processes. AI & Emerging Technologies: Stay informed on advancements in NLP, knowledge graphs, large language models, and generative AI, collaborating with experts to translate innovations into transformative clinical applications. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a vital link between engineering, data science, clinical informatics, terminology experts, and EHR product leaders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of AI and knowledge graph features. Opportunity Identification: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clinicians, and researchers to identify critical clinical workflows and product opportunities that AI agents and structured knowledge platforms can enhance significantly. Concept Development & Feasibility: Transform user requirements and abstract concepts into structured product ideas, defining success criteria and coordinating feasibility explorations with technical teams while prioritizing solutions that align with clinical and business objectives. Knowledge Platforms: Direct the design and scaling of clinical knowledge and patient graphs, ensuring curated relationships are integrated with adherence to data standards while facilitating real-time reasoning and decision support. Governance & Compliance: Promote robust governance frameworks, validation tools, and compliance processes that protect data integrity, privacy, and security in accordance with industry regulations. Product Delivery & Adoption: Assist in release planning, enablement, and go-to-market strategies for new capabilities, closely partnering with customer-facing teams to ensure effective implementation. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with key users and partners to validate assumptions, gather feedback, and maintain a clinical focus throughout product development. Outcomes Measurement: Define and monitor adoption metrics and product impacts, using insights for continuous improvement and enhanced investment recommendations. Your Qualifications 8+ years in product management or platform leadership, especially within data, AI/ML, or healthcare technology sectors. A proven history of developing and deploying clinical knowledge graphs or advanced healthcare data solutions. In-depth knowledge of clinical ontologies and standards (SNOMED CT, LOINC, RxNorm, ICD) and interoperability protocols (FHIR, HL7). Hands-on experience with semantic technologies (RDF, OWL, SPARQL) and search infrastructures (OpenSearch/Elasticsearch). Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives and managing complex dependencies across engineering, clinical, and marketing teams. Excellent communication abilities, capable of navigating discussions across technical, clinical, and business domains with various stakeholders. Experience launching new products and attaining market acceptance in regulated environments. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus. Preferred Qualifications A successful track record working with clinical AI agents, LLMs, or conversational interfaces in healthcare. Experience in real-world model validation, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance in clinical settings. Skilled in translating user needs into system requirements and developing effective product concepts. Familiarity with customer engagement strategies, feedback loops, and data-driven product iteration. Responsibilities As a member of the product development division, you will evaluate and synthesize customer specifications while proposing and justifying product directions. Define, design, and implement updates to existing software architecture, create new products and development tools, develop and execute unit tests and test plans, and collaborate with QA and porting engineering to address significant changes to functionality. Salary Range: Hiring range in the US from $82,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
