ROLE: Support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by efficiently running shifts in an independent manner. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by monitoring and enhancing service delivery. Guide and motivate Team Members to execute their specific tasks effectively. Encourage a neat and professional appearance among all employees, ensuring uniforms are worn correctly. Prioritize customer needs by delivering outstanding service personally. Maintain food safety and quality standards, ensuring order accuracy. Foster a cooperative team environment, assisting peers as necessary. Provide constructive feedback to the RGM regarding Team Member performance. Resolve conflicts proactively, collaborating with the RGM for effective solutions. ACT LIKE AN OWNER: Support Profit and Loss management by adhering to cash control and security procedures. Manage inventory and labor efficiently. Ensure proper preparation, portioning, cooking, and holding times for products. Help the RGM oversee facility maintenance, ensuring health and safety standards are upheld at all times.
