We are excited to invite passionate individuals to apply for the Housekeeping role, where you will contribute significantly to providing exceptional experiences for our guests. This role focuses on keeping guest rooms immaculate and well-organized, aligning with our high company standards. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding service to both guests and colleagues. Meticulously clean assigned guest rooms while following our rigorous company protocols. Ensure housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry areas are maintained for optimal efficiency. Restock supplies and organize cart rooms as required or as directed by management. Promptly report maintenance issues to the front desk or manager on duty. Safely return any items left behind by guests after check-out to the front desk. Assist guests with reasonable requests whenever feasible. Strictly adhere to all safety and security guidelines. Complete all mandatory training and annual evaluations via Extended Stay University. Additional Duties: Assist in cleaning additional areas around the hotel as directed, including break rooms, guest laundry, fitness areas, vending areas, stairwells, and public spaces. Contribute to maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the hotel. Take on other tasks as assigned by the management team. Benefits of Joining Our Team: Weekly Pay!
