Job Requisition ID # 26WD99161 Role Overview Principal Solutions Specialist for Partner Development - D&M Core Products We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Principal Solutions Specialist who will spearhead the development and implementation of partner strategies that drive growth for Autodesk's Design and Manufacturing core products. This pivotal role will establish benchmarks for forecasting, lead transformative sales initiatives, and influence Autodesk's partner ecosystem utilizing the D&M portfolio. As a thought leader in industry trends and innovations, you will guide global collaboration and strategic alignment, making an impact across various geographies, partner tiers, and business units. This position offers remote working flexibility with some travel requirements. Key Responsibilities Pipeline & Forecast Management: Set and manage pipeline and forecasting benchmarks across partner tiers while leveraging insights to guide decisions. New Business Execution: Design and implement transformative go-to-market initiatives that drive sustainable partner-led growth strategies. Repeatable Sales Plays: Develop frameworks for repeatable sales strategies and scale best practices across regions and partner segments. Collaboration: Lead collaborative efforts across functions and business units, shaping engagement with partners at the enterprise level. Stakeholder Engagement: Utilize market intelligence to significantly influence Autodesk's partner strategies and lead partner advocacy at the executive level. Skills & Competencies Industry Expertise: Lead industry strategies and thought leadership to shape partner engagement through specialized knowledge. Forecasting: Extensive experience with forecasting methods and capacity to drive policies and best practices for complex forecasting. Communication Skills: Communicate effectively at the executive level, influencing enterprise-wide decisions with precision and impact. Innovative Thinking: Foster innovation across business programs to create new engagement frameworks and business models. Collaboration: Promote collaboration across the organization, developing formal networks and leading substantial initiatives. Sales Team Collaboration Facilitate collaboration between Autodesk sales teams and strategic partners to align business objectives. Provide impactful insights on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and strategic initiatives to inform global execution. Drive cross-functional integration involving marketing, customer success, and operations at scale. Establish consistent messaging and strategic communication standards across regions, partner tiers, and business units. Minimum Qualifications At least 7 years of proven experience in sales and/or partner sales. Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience. Strong ability to influence and motivate teams without direct authority. Demonstrated business acumen and proactive approach. Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment. Salary Transparency Our compensation package includes a competitive On-Target Earnings (OTE) range between $126,200 and $226,160, which is comprised of base salary and commission for sales roles. Salaries are tailored based on experience and location, and successful candidates may be offered more. Additionally, our compensation may include bonuses, commissions, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
