Job Title: Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) Location: Lacey, WA 98503 Duration: 15 weeks Contract Schedule: Monday - Friday 6.5 hours per day 32.5 hours per week Compensation: Up to $1,170 gross weekly (Local) Up to $1,366 gross weekly (Traveler) Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and strong Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) to provide one-on-one support for a male high school student exhibiting significant behavioral challenges, including aggression. The ideal candidate must be confident, consistent, and skilled in behavior intervention strategies within an educational setting. Responsibilities: Provide direct behavioral support and intervention services Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Support student in academic and classroom settings Collect and document behavioral data accurately Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and behavior specialists Maintain a safe and structured environment Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and punctuality daily Required Skills & Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Certified Behavior Technician Experience supporting students with severe behaviors and aggression Strong de-escalation and crisis management skills Dependable, consistent attendance record Ability to remain calm and professional in high-intensity situations Education & Licensure: Active Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification High School Diploma (minimum requirement) For more details reach at ukhan@ or Call / Text at 518-862-1204.
