NPI Materials Program Lead

Job Description We are looking for an experienced NPI Materials Program Lead to drive the supply chain product lifecycle in collaboration with our Supply Chain and Design Engineering teams. You will manage complex cross-functional strategic projects and lead improvement initiatives within this critical area. Key Responsibilities Oversee Product Lifecycle activities including Bill of Material (BOM) management, New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives, material transitions, and End of Life (EOL) management. Effectively manage stress in mission-critical programs while maintaining strong organization techniques to handle multiple concurrent projects. Build strong relationships across various parts of the business and with external partners to ensure effective communication and influence. Utilize insights gained across organizational boundaries to enhance Oracle’s competitive advantage and inform future strategies. Exhibit leadership qualities by motivating team members to align their efforts with broader organizational goals. Anticipate potential challenges and plan strategically to navigate complexities to ensure smooth execution. Understand and track business metrics and key performance indicators required to achieve results.
