As a Business Consultant Mentor, you will: Act as a change agent for owners of businesses earning between $1-$15 million. Utilize your proven abilities in productivity and profitability enhancements, and organizational turnaround to drive significant results. Engage in transforming day-to-day behaviors of clients’ teams and owners to deliver measurable financial outcomes. We need mentors who can come on board immediately. What We Are Looking For: A minimum of 10 years of successful business management experience or business ownership. Expertise in handling Profit & Loss Statements, Cash Flow Forecasting, and Budgeting. Creativity in increasing sales and implementing effective operational strategies. Experience in managing teams effectively and must be proficient with computers (MS Office, especially Excel). A four-year college/university degree is required. This position requires 100% travel; candidates must be willing to fly from their home airport every Sunday night and return the following Friday afternoon. A PC compatible laptop computer and portable printer are necessary for this role. We offer a highly competitive compensation package ranging from $110,000 to $140,000, with an expected first-year average of $130,000. Our consultants and project managers have the opportunity to earn well into six-figure incomes. This role provides a chance to contribute to the ongoing growth of our organization.
