This role demands a keen eye for market growth opportunities, as well as the ability to form strategic partnerships that align with our business goals. You will work closely with internal teams, including operations, product development, and sales, to effectively manage the product lifecycle and drive innovation. Your collaboration with sales and business development teams will be crucial in identifying and overcoming challenges that may hinder the growth of Oracle Database Cloud. Key Responsibilities: Partner with technology-focused Product Management teams to identify key differentiators and success factors for our offerings. Collaborate with stakeholders to efficiently commercialize and launch enhancements to our services. Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure key messaging aligns and communicates the core value proposition of our products, engaging the market effectively. Work alongside regional sales teams to create tailored sales strategies and provide necessary training and support to bolster their efforts. Expand partner ecosystems by integrating Oracle Database Cloud offerings with partner go-to-market strategies through advocacy and support. Perform win-loss analyses with sales teams to refine strategies and provide meaningful insights to executive and product teams. Develop compelling success stories, white papers, and training materials that showcase our offerings and empower our sales teams. We seek a solutions-oriented leader with a creative mindset capable of independent thinking and fostering collaboration across diverse teams. A proactive and adaptable attitude is essential as we introduce transformative cloud concepts into various markets. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Outbound Product Management, Sales Engineering, or Business Development. 3+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA, database developer, or in a similar technical role. A BA or MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred. The salary range for this position is $82,500 to $199,500 per annum, with opportunities for bonuses and equity.
