As the chief academic and administrative leader, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the student experience and fostering an environment of academic success. Your leadership will be crucial in managing the school's budget, overseeing instructional programs, and collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders—faculty, staff, and students—to promote excellence in teaching, research, and public service. Key responsibilities include maintaining and upgrading the Law Library and School Technology, as well as formulating and implementing admissions policies. You will also serve as a key liaison with the University, bringing your experience in building consensus and a cohesive environment to the forefront of our mission. The ideal candidate will hold an earned JD or an equivalent degree from an ABA-accredited institution, supported by a distinguished record of leadership and accomplishments in legal education. We are looking for a bold leader who is prepared to make decisions that will shape the future for students and help build an effective leadership team. Your responsibilities will also encompass creating a compelling marketing strategy, spearheading fundraising initiatives, strengthening the Law School's standing with the ABA, increasing enrollment, and forging partnerships with legal and governmental entities. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, alongside the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and colleagues across the University.
