We aim to enhance access to ABA across underserved regions in South Carolina, focusing on delivering compassionate care based on strong clinical ethics and meaningful collaboration with caregivers. Position Summary Join our enthusiastic team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In this role, you will oversee ABA services, provide supervision to RBTs/BTs, conduct assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans. You'll have the flexibility to shape and enrich services in a growing organization while making significant impacts in family lives. Key Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills-based evaluations Design and implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans Supervise RBTs and BTs in compliance with BACB supervision requirements Monitor client progress through data analysis and program adjustments Offer training and support to caregivers Compile treatment plans, progress reports, and insurance documentation Collaborate with families, schools, and other service providers Ensure compliance with BACB Ethics Code and state licensure standards Qualifications Active BCBA certification in good standing Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field Licensed or eligible for licensure in South Carolina (required) Extensive experience with behavior reduction and skill acquisition programming Experience in supervising RBTs/BTs and offering clinical feedback Excellent time management and organizational skills Reliable transportation for travel to client homes Preferred Qualifications Experience delivering in-home ABA services Background in managing severe behaviors and complex cases Expertise in training caregivers and leading parent training sessions Interest in leadership, program development, or mentorship roles Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Flexible scheduling options Growth opportunities into leadership roles Supportive administrative and clinical infrastructure Autonomy in clinical decision-making Meaningful, mission-driven work in underserved communities Work Environment Services are primarily delivered in client homes with a flexible caseload structure, combining direct supervision, assessments, and caregiver training.
