Industry Cosmetics Type Privately Held About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Interim COO / Operations Director to spearhead the European expansion of our cutting-edge CBD skincare brand. In this critical role, you will take charge of the logistics rollout in Europe, including selecting and negotiating with 3PL providers to ensure the best service, cost-efficiency, and reliability. Your hands-on leadership will be vital in designing streamlined EU inventory flows and fulfillment processes to satisfy both consumer demand and wholesale partnerships. Your responsibilities will also include establishing operational SLAs and compliance frameworks necessary for cosmetics distribution. We are looking for a strategic, yet practical operator with a proven track record as a COO or Operations Director in beauty, cosmetics, consumer goods, or similar D2C/B2B sectors. Expertise in international logistics, supply chain management, and distribution, especially in the EU market, is critical. The ideal candidate will have experience scaling consumer brands across multiple countries and managing outsourced 3PL partners. A collaborative, commercially savvy approach is essential, along with the ability to work closely with our visionary founder.
