As a Community Outreach Coordinator, your essential responsibilities will include: Collaborating with Leadership: Work closely with the Managing Partner and management team to strategize and execute local marketing initiatives that enhance guest loyalty, increase foot traffic, elevate the average check size, and ultimately drive sales growth. Promoting In-House Events: Actively promote all in-house promotions and events at Bubba's 33 to ensure maximum participation and excitement. Building Connections: Cultivate and nurture relationships through food runs with local businesses, hotels, radio stations, and other key partners. Engaging with the Community: Develop and maintain positive partnerships with surrounding retailers, hotels, and civic organizations to strengthen community ties. Leading Community Initiatives: Plan and execute charitable events and community outreach programs that establish Bubba's 33 as a community leader and enhance brand visibility. Supporting Public Relations: Contribute to public relations efforts, including cooking segments, media releases, and promotional events designed to showcase Bubba's 33. Communicating Effectively: Maintain regular communication with the Managing Partner, management team, and all staff regarding ongoing projects, plans, and outcomes.
