Key Responsibilities Enterprise Analytics Strategy: Team up with healthcare leaders, including CFOs, CIOs, and Chief Population Health Officers, to design and implement sophisticated strategies that integrate and elevate analytics platforms across the organization using Oracle's advanced infrastructure. Business Transformation Leadership: Work with cross-functional teams to transform analytics insights into tangible strategies that foster clinical, operational, and financial enhancements for successful value-based care models. Value-Based Care Support: Spearhead the deployment and optimization of analytics solutions that back value-based care initiatives, focusing on risk stratification, cost and quality metrics, population health management, and performance monitoring for payer contracts. Adoption of Advanced Analytics: Lead the change management and user engagement to harness the full potential of Oracle's analytics platform, including AI-driven features, ensuring companies gain substantial business value. Continuous Improvement: Collect valuable feedback from healthcare stakeholders to deliver insights that inform future analytics solutions at Oracle, optimizing product development. Executive Engagement: Organize workshops and briefings to align analytics modernization with client business goals, enhancing collaborative efforts. Qualifications Industry Experience: Over 10 years in healthcare data analytics, population health, or value-based care working directly with health systems or payers. Analytics Proficiency: Proven experience with enterprise healthcare analytics platforms, such as Oracle Health's HealtheIntent, and familiarity with U.S. healthcare data standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7). Strategic Implementation: Track record of leading enterprise analytics modernization efforts, ensuring effective solution deployment and client adoption. Value-Based Care Insight: In-depth understanding of value-based care models, payer contracts, and performance improvement methodologies in the U.S. healthcare landscape. Exceptional Collaboration: Strong ability to work across disciplines, conveying analytics concepts effectively to diverse audiences. Preferred Skills Experience with major analytics platforms like Oracle Analytics Cloud. Advanced degree in Data Science, Health Informatics, or similar fields. Experience in payer-provider collaborations or population health initiatives. Certification in value-based care or relevant analytics methodologies. Understanding of regulatory and data governance standards in healthcare analytics. Additional Information This role may require compliance with health mandates. The hiring range is between $97,500 to $199,500 per annum, potentially eligible for bonus and equity.
