Location: 4641 McRee Ave. [Near Kingshighway & I44]Hours: 4x10: 1st Shift - Mon-Thur (Cast Line) Tue-Fri (Fabrication) 5x8: 1st Shift - Mon-Fri WHY JOIN US Gain valuable hands-on experience. POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a motivated individual for a position that involves achieving high standards of quality, productivity, and safety in a hands-on role. This position requires physical labor, including regularly lifting heavy objects (minimum 50 lbs). Ideal for those who enjoy working with their hands and contributing to a team. POSITION DETAILS Continuously think of ways to improve work processes, safety, and efficiency, and share ideas, no matter how big or small. Work independently and collaboratively on project teams. Read and interpret drawings and blueprints to determine necessary parts and weld placements. Assemble parts using manual and tool-assisted methods, including flashing and brazing. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Operate hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, tape measures). Assist with masonry work and tending. Operate a forklift (training provided). Work with castable. Perform other duties as required or instructed by the shift supervisor. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience in industrial work is a plus, but not required for temporary roles. Ability to learn and use measuring devices such as calipers, steel rules, and tape measures. Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Basic math skills, including the ability to perform basic arithmetic and understand common units of measurement. Physical Requirements Ability to perform prolonged physical exertion. Capable of standing for long periods, lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in various positions and weather conditions.
